I met Sean and his brother of Irwin Build on a kitchen remodel and store renovation project in 2022. While we provided design assistance and made specific custom cabinetry, Sean and his team did all the renovation work, and completed the cabinetry installation. He was easy to work with and kept the projects moving. Sean is professional, has a positive attitude and is mission oriented. This was my first experience working with a contractor for remodeling purposes. Being a bit tentative and not knowing what to expect I took a chance with Sean and Irwin Build after friends highly recommended them as they had done several projects for them. Sean and his team walked me through the process from budgeting to finish. Once the work began, they were professional, efficient, engaging, respectful, and patient. Sean’s crew were respectful of my home cleaning up after each shift. When Sean encountered an unexpected issue that was not in the budget, he took time to explain all possible options. The costs of all were reasonable given the circumstances. I now have a kitchen that I’m very happy with and in which I enjoy working. I am now planning with Sean to have another project started in the near future.

Irwin Build is a fantastic company I would recommend for almost any contracting job. I was looking for new floors to be put in in a rental unit and was aware of some work they had done for friends. I was blown away by their service. Sean managed the project and he was friendly and very responsive. The job was done quickly and everything was spotless when finished. Will definitely be looking to use them again for any future work.

I had to replace my roof due to storm damage. I was advised to get a contractor. I reached out to several without success. I called Irwin Build, and they scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. They provided all the information to the insurance company and scheduled the replacement. I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner. I was very concerned about debris and nails going into the pool. They completed the roof quickly and to my astonishment no debris or nails entered my pool. At the time of replacement Sean recommended we remove our skylights. My husband and I just love the skylights and did not listen to Sean and proceeded without removal. Several months later, my husband reached out to Sean to request the skylights be removed. Seans team showed up and removed the skylights and completed the job. When the roof was replaced Sean had the forethought to leave me additional shingles in case we changed our minds so the roof would match if we did decide. We were so satisfied with the job and would highly recommend using Irwin Build for all my construction needs going further.

Sean, Will, and their team built a new modern fireplace and custom shelves in my great room. The fireplace was a beautiful large-scale slate tile that Sean suggested. The outcome was fantastic and the process was a dream. Sean and Will worked with me to make it exactly the way I wanted it, asking me questions all the way through to make sure everything was going as planned.
