I had to replace my roof due to storm damage. I was advised to get a contractor. I reached out to several without success. I called Irwin Build, and they scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. They provided all the information to the insurance company and scheduled the replacement. I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner. I was very concerned about debris and nails going into the pool. They completed the roof quickly and to my astonishment no debris or nails entered my pool. At the time of replacement Sean recommended we remove our skylights. My husband and I just love the skylights and did not listen to Sean and proceeded without removal. Several months later, my husband reached out to Sean to request the skylights be removed. Seans team showed up and removed the skylights and completed the job. When the roof was replaced Sean had the forethought to leave me additional shingles in case we changed our minds so the roof would match if we did decide. We were so satisfied with the job and would highly recommend using Irwin Build for all my construction needs going further.
