We had a great experience working with Irwin build to remodel our basement and garage. Sean and his team worked with us to develop a construction plan and were always available to answer questions or concerns. They were professional, the price was reasonable (we got 5 quotes before starting), and most importantly the basement looks great. We will go to them for any future projects and highly recommend them.

Sean identified alternatives to remediate a construction flaw in an old great room addition. He carefully explained the cause of the flaw and the viable solutions during the inspection and quickly followed with a detailed estimate. His professionalism, competence, and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with him.

I used Irwin build to remodel my kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the finished product and customer service. They were attentive, got the job done in a timely manner , and very fairly priced compared to other contractors. Will use again for a future project and recommend to friends and family.

We had a great experience working with Irwin Build. They transformed our once choppy, overly complicated bathroom into a beautiful oasis. Sean, Ryan, and their entire team were professional, tidy, friendly, communicative, and perfectionistic. They worked closely with our designer to ensure that the finished product exceeded our vision. I’ve already been recommending them to family and friends.
Could not be more thrilled with our newly remodeled kitchen…thanks to Irwin Build! From start to finish, my experience working with Sean, Ryan and team was beyond exceptional. They are highly professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable in what they do. They provided excellent input regarding all aspects of the design and had helpful advice along the way. Their attention to detail is top notch! They stayed on time and on budget and were very communicative throughout the entire process. They exceeded our expectations and the kitchen turned out better than we could have ever imagined it would. I would highly recommend Irwin Build for any project and will be hiring them for our next home improvement project!
I met Sean and his brother of Irwin Build on a kitchen remodel and store renovation project in 2022. While we provided design assistance and made specific custom cabinetry, Sean and his team did all the renovation work, and completed the cabinetry installation. He was easy to work with and kept the projects moving. Sean is professional, has a positive attitude and is mission oriented. I have recommended Sean to my clients for their kitchen construction and cabinet installation needs.
This was my first experience working with a contractor for remodeling purposes. Being a bit tentative and not knowing what to expect I took a chance with Sean and Irwin Build after friends highly recommended them as they had done several projects for them. Sean and his team walked me through the process from budgeting to finish. Once the work began, they were professional, efficient, engaging, respectful, and patient. Sean’s crew were respectful of my home cleaning up after each shift. When Sean encountered an unexpected issue that was not in the budget, he took time to explain all possible options. The costs of all were reasonable given the circumstances. I now have a kitchen that I’m very happy with and in which I enjoy working. I am now planning with Sean to have another project started in the near future.
Irwin Build is a fantastic company I would recommend for almost any contracting job. I was looking for new floors to be put in in a rental unit and was aware of some work they had done for friends. I was blown away by their service. Sean managed the project and he was friendly and very responsive. The job was done quickly and everything was spotless when finished. Will definitely be looking to use them again for any future work.
I had to replace my roof due to storm damage. I was advised to get a contractor. I reached out to several without success. I called
Irwin Build, and they scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. They provided all the information to the insurance
company and scheduled the replacement. I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner. I was very concerned about debris and nails
going into the pool. They completed the roof quickly and to my astonishment no debris or nails entered my pool. At the time of
replacement Sean recommended we remove our skylights. My husband and I just love the skylights and did not listen to Sean and
proceeded without removal. Several months later, my husband reached out to Sean to request the skylights be removed. Seans
team showed up and removed the skylights and completed the job. When the roof was replaced Sean had the forethought to leave
me additional shingles in case we changed our minds so the roof would match if we did decide. We were so satisfied with the job
and would highly recommend using Irwin Build for all my construction needs going further.
What amazing work Irwin Build did on our home. Our family could not be happier. Sean and his team were professional and the work was perfect. It was clear from day 1 Sean and his team truly cared about my family's needs. We will recommend them to everyone.
Absolutely thrilled with our newly remodeled kitchen and dining room! We hired Irwin Build to complete a full gut and remodel on the kitchen of our newly purchased home. From the first point of contact they were incredibly professional, responsive, helpful in planning and executing the project. They are working in a tough climate (supply shortages, delays, price jumps), but managed to stay close to budget and timeline, while handling each piece of the project flawlessly. I was especially impressed with their
communication throughout, we so appreciated the daily updates while we anxiously awaited completion. Sean, Ryan, and team are not only brilliant contractors (all the finishes are top notch!), but also helped us nail down many of the design choices. They helped us to create a space that is both beautiful and functional for our family, and we are already thinking about our next project with this dream team!
We have worked with Sean from Irwin Build on multiple occasions. Every time it went well. We got a new roof, they did a great job. They put a portico on, it looked beautiful, it really increased the curb appeal of our home. We also used them to remodel our kitchen, they did a fantastic job. It was exactly like we wanted, actually even better with some of Sean’s suggestions. They remodeled our bathrooms as well. They came out terrific. I highly recommend using Irwin Build. They are friendly, punctual and extremely professional.
We entrusted Irwin Build to do a complete remodel of our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results as well as Sean and Ryan. Every step of the way they went over options and they provided great insight into how to achieve our goals. Everyone of their team members were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. Their workmanship is superior to others we have used in the past. We highly recommend them! They are the best!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Irwin Build for a home renovation project, and I must say that Sean Irwin's services exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, Sean showcased unparalleled expertise, creativity, and dedication, making the entire process as smooth as possible.
Sean's attention to detail truly sets him apart. He took the time to understand my vision for the renovation and offered valuable insights and suggestions along the way.
The team is highly efficient and supportive. They worked seamlessly together, ensuring that the renovation process was hassle-free. From project planning to execution, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
I highly recommend using Irwin Build for your home renovation and restoration needs.
We had Irwin Build construct a custom built in for fireplace. 1. It came out amazing and completely changed our family room for the better. 2. They were amazing to work with and very professional and did great work. Highly recommend them for all other projects around the house.
We were devastated when our basement flooded. Sean and his crew were fantastic to make our basement look just like it did before! Professional, clean and on time! They delivered on what they promised. Will definitely be using them in the future for any remodels!
What a great company! The team is absolutely the best! They are professional, responsive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. If you miss businesses that have integrity, treat you and your home with respect, that keeps you informed, this is the business for you. Thank you guys so much!!!!
Thank you Sean for the awesome kitchen remodel! We absolutely love our house, but the kitchen looked like your parent’s dark 80s basement, so we decided to remodel it. Sean and his team are honest, professional, courteous, and really made a challenging project easy for us. Pre-construction, Sean walked us through every step of the project and provided helpful design and functionality information, we had no idea about that also saved us a lot of money. They stayed on budget and timeline, we were very impressed with their communication with us as well as the attention to detail throughout, We LOVE our new light, bright, and functional kitchen, but just as important working Sean and his team made it an exceptional experience. Highly recommend Irwin Build for your next home improvement project, I know we are definitely going to work with them again on our next project.
Sean, Will, and their team built a new modern fireplace and custom shelves in my great room. The fireplace was a beautiful large-scale slate tile that Sean suggested. The outcome was fantastic and the process was a dream. Sean and Will worked with me to make it exactly the way I wanted it, asking me questions all the way through to make sure everything was going as planned. I look forward to using them again on my next renovation project.
